The Character Assessments are in two parts. Part 1 is the overarching Character Assessment for the whole Parish, and written by a local heritage consultant. Part 2 contains the individual assessments done by our volunteers. You will notice these are written slightly differently. So for example, as Dean Court has 42% of the population we looked at this street by street. Whereas, for Farmoor with its more rural, open countryside look and feel, we divided the ward into 3 areas - Tumbledown to Babcock Hythe, Tumbledown to Farmoor Reservoir and finally Farmoor - The Settlement.
Cumnor Public Purposes Committee (ex StonePit Charity) has 5 new defibrillators around the Parish. The Parish Council is running two free training sessions to give people the confidence to use them in an emergency.
