Regulation 14 Consultation on Pre-Submission Version of Cumnor Parish Modified Neighbourhood Development Plan

As Cumnor Parish residents or others with an interest in the Neighbourhood Area, you are invited to review and comment on the Pre-Submission version of Cumnor Parish’s Modified Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP). Copies of the draft Plan and reports of supporting Evidence Studies will be posted on the NDP website : http://www.cumnorplan.org.uk

The Regulation 14 consultation will open on Monday 1st June 2026 at 9am and run for a period of 6 weeks until Sunday 12th July 2026

Cumnor Hurst update

Council has received the fantastic news that All Souls College has accepted an offer of £71,000 for the freehold of Unit 2, Cumnor Hurst subject to contract. The site will be held in trust by the Trustees of the Cumnor Public Purposes Charity, (a charity set up by Cumnor Parish Council in 1981).

Thank you so much to those of you that have pledged and made the purchase of the site possible.

There will be a meeting of the Cumnor Public Purposes Charity on Monday 5 January 2026 at 7.30pm in Fogwell Road Pavilion, Fogwell Road, Dean Court when next steps will be considered. You are very welcome to attend.
