The agenda of the Parish Council and Committee meetings is made available on the home page at least 3 clear working days in advance of the meeting. Draft and approved minutes are made available under the minute tab and removed after two years. Old minutes can be requested from the Clerk
Other information under the Act is available on application to the Clerk; please note that under the Act, all requests for information must be made in writing. There will be a charge to cover the actual cost of providing the information.

Cumnor Hurst update
Council has received the fantastic news that All Souls College has accepted an offer of £71,000 for the freehold of Unit 2, Cumnor Hurst subject to contract. The site will be held in trust by the Trustees of the Cumnor Public Purposes Charity, (a charity set up by Cumnor Parish Council in 1981).
Thank you so much to those of you that have pledged and made the purchase of the site possible.
